This additive is designed for oil and gas well acidizing fluid, as a corrosion inhibitor on the protective equipment and pipelines. By nature of its adsorption on solid surfaces, the corrosion inhibitor is a surface-active agent with a unique purpose—to protect pipe rather than to change acid behavior in the formation. Corrosion inhibitors do not stop corrosion; they greatly reduce the reaction rate of acid with steel. Especially for hydrochloric acid, soil acid, emulsified acid, acid micelles, and other types of acid, temperature 130 ℃,with other additives through the complex, up to 180 ℃.
APPLICATION METHOD
It is directly added to water, and then mixed with concentrated acid. Also it can be directly mixed to dilute or concentrated acid, using a concentration of 1.0 ~ 3.0% (V).
