Crude oil containing asphaltenes, resins and paraffin hydrocarbons in the molecular weight, these substances can react with acids, and even separate from crude oil. Thereby form a precipitate blockage formation, effect acidification. We add aromatic sulfonates, polyether and other ingredients into a solvent to improve the resistance to slag effect, with the removal of acid sludge and effect. After several tests, we developed a new Antisludging Agent.
APPLICATION METHOD
Directly add to acid solution, the dosage depends on the 3 to 5% volume ration.
