HIGH EFFECT ACID CORROSION INHIBITOR

The acid corrosion inhibitor is composite made with organic amine derivatives and acetylene alcohol. It has corrosion synergy and good compatibility with acid, widely used in low concentrations of acid and high concentrations of acid, high temperature acidification formation and pickling pipeline operations.

APPLICATION METHOD

1. First diluted the acid, select adding amount according to the operating temperature, add agent in proportion and stir evenly, then add other additives.
2. The reference amount
   20% HCL, 60℃ add 0.5-1.0%, 90℃ add 1.0-1.5% / 28% HCL, 90℃ add 1.5-2.0%
